What is the best thing that can happen to you this year?
I hope to have a really strong first year in FIS to give me the confidence for future years.
What gets you pumped up at the race start?
Looking down at the first gates of the course gets me pumped.
What's your favourite meal before a race?
I like to have a steak sandwich before racing.
What is the worst thing your parents can say to you at the bottom of a race course?
Anything.
What other interests/sports do you have?
I like basketball, wakeboarding, golf and lifeguarding.
Why did you choose the NSA?
I wanted to find balance between my academics and my skiing so that I could excel at both. The NSA provides that.
Who is your ski racing model and why?
Erik Guay – I have met him a few times and he is a strong and focused competitor.
