What is the best thing that can happen to you this year?

Achieve all of my goals, improve technically, tactically and have a fun year!

What gets you pumped up at the race start?

Everyone cheering me on when I'm in the gate and also blasting music

What's your favourite meal before a race?

The night before I like an enjoyable steak and in the morning some eggs and sausage on a english muffin

What is the worst thing your parents can say to you at the bottom of a race course?

"Get them next time"

Why did you choose the NSA?

I chose the Academy because of how well they take the schooling and work around your ski schedule. They make it non-stressful for you, so then you can focus a lot on your skiing. I also heard from many people that it is great and then I got interested and wanted to join.

What would you tell prospective NSA student athletes?

I would tell them that it is a good opportunity to improve your skiing skills and also improve on your academics. The National Ski Academy is a great place to make new friends and is a ton of fun. The coaches, teachers, other student athletes, house parent (Marilyn) and obviously Jimmy make it all worth it.

Who is your ski racing role model and why?

My ski racing model is Julia Mancuso because she is very beautiful and is dedicated to the sport of skiing
